The room was really nice and cozy, plus it had a large window that let in lots of light. the location was great, especially if you want to visit the Horrorhaus Hamburg Haunted House. the staff here were all incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made my stay even more enjoyable. 😊

The prices were really reasonable, especially considering all the freebies like snacks and drinks available in the kitchen. The attention to detail was impressive, with little touches like a semi-professional coffee machine in the room. Another standout feature was the location in a nice part of the city, with great restaurants and bars within walking distance. I also appreciated the friendly and helpful staff who went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable.

Our only complaint was the some staff members. One cleaning lady was rude and opened our door without knocking, this was quite unpleasant.
